Policy

Payment in full is required to confirm your order. If you need to cancel your order please notify me no less than 2 weeks prior to get a full refund. If you need to cancel within two weeks of your scheduled pick up date you will receive a 50% refund. I will be unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 3 days of scheduled pick up because at that point your order will have already been started.
